Our office was founded in the year 1987 by Nirmal Cariappa, who had earlier commenced
law practice in the year 1984. Nirmal Cariappa was joined in her practice by K. Jacob George,
who enrolled at the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in the year 1991. The office is ably assisted
and supported by other advocates and paralegal staff.
From its inception, our office has specialised in the legal documentation of property
transactions and registrations and our clientele include a wide gamut of high net-worth
individuals, reputed business organisations, financial institutions and property developers.

· Collecting the registered documents from the Sub-Registrar’s office
· Returning all documents to clients
